1. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if your request is submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This policy applies to all users globally, ensuring compliance with international consumer protection standards and our partnership with Paddle.
2. No Qualifiers or Exceptions
Unlike other platforms, we do not require you to provide a "valid reason" or proof of technical issues. If you feel the Titan Engine is not the right fit for your studies, you are entitled to your money back.
Note: Once a refund is processed, your PRO Key will be immediately deactivated and your cloud study history for PRO features will be restricted.
3. How to Initiate a Refund
To request a refund, you can use any of the following official channels:

4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or Wise balance, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
5. Merchant of Record Disclosure
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries regarding payments and billing logic.
